Terms & Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10 · Applies to all VPNCQ monthly subscriptions and data packs

These terms set out the agreement between VPNCQ (the “Service”) and the people who use it. Creating an account, buying a plan or running the client means you have read and accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

The Service is a subscription for cross-border access and acceleration of international websites, currently covering 120+ countries / 150+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions are priced by billing period and data allowance:

  • Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets every month on your activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days.
  • Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Use them as you go — they never expire.

Payment is accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. No email address is needed — a username and password are all it takes to create an account. Client downloads and subscription details are available in the user panel; the Service does not distribute installers or subscription URLs through any other channel.

The route list on this page describes coverage only. Whether any single route works varies with local network conditions, carrier peering and device environment, and is not a promise that a given route will be available at any particular moment. Full details of plans and data packs are on the pricing page.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

An account consists of a username and a password, and the holder is responsible for everything done under it. Do not share your password with anyone. If you forget it, request a reset through the ticket form in the user panel; the reset process asks for some of the details given when the account was created so that ownership can be verified.

There is no device limit — the subscription can be used on all of your own devices at the same time. The following fall outside the scope of authorization:

  • Reselling, renting or lending an account or subscription URL, or posting a subscription URL publicly or distributing it in bulk;
  • Feeding the subscription into a proxy, acceleration or forwarding service operated for third parties;
  • Using automated scripts for bulk registration, credential stuffing or stress testing against accounts or APIs.

Where the above occurs, the Service may rate-limit, suspend or terminate the subscription concerned. If an account opens connections from an unusually large number of devices or regions at once, the system may trigger a risk check; normal use resumes once it passes.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and with the terms of the websites and services they access. The Service is intended only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration, and must not be used for:

  • Distributing unlawful content, or infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others;
  • Scanning, penetrating or launching denial-of-service attacks against any network, host or service;
  • Sending spam, committing fraud or carrying out other unlawful activity;
  • Commercial redistribution or resale of the Service;
  • Interfering with the Service or with other users' normal use of it.

Where a clear violation is found, the Service may suspend the subscription immediately and explain the reason and next steps through a ticket. Account termination for violating these terms is not covered by the no-questions-asked refund.

4. Service Availability and Liability Limits

The Service is provided on a continuing basis under existing conditions, with best-effort maintenance of route quality. The following may cause brief interruptions or speed fluctuations and are not service defects:

  • Local network conditions, carrier peering congestion and adjustments to international links;
  • Failures or scheduled maintenance at upstream data centers or backbone networks;
  • Problems with the user's device, OS version, client configuration or local network.

The Service does not guarantee that any individual route will be available at any given moment, and accepts no liability for indirect or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the subscription in question.

Users judge the legality and accuracy of the content they access themselves, and back up important data themselves.

5. Refunds and Account Termination

Refund Terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Submit the request through the ticket form in the user panel, stating the order number and payment method. Refunds go back through the original payment channel, and how quickly they arrive depends on that channel's processing cycle.

An account may be terminated in the following cases:

  • The holder asks for it to be closed;
  • The acceptable-use requirements in these terms are breached, where the breach is serious or continues after notice;
  • The account is used for activity these terms expressly prohibit.

When a monthly subscription expires without renewal, the subscription benefits simply end; the account and any unused data packs are kept and can be reactivated at any time. Once an account is terminated, the Service stops processing it; see the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted or retained.

6. Changes to These Terms and Notice

These terms may be revised to reflect changes in the scope of the business, the route structure or regulatory requirements. Updated terms are published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is changed at the same time.

Material changes affecting pricing, refund scope or usage limits are announced in the user panel, with a reasonable transition period before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Service and, where eligible, request a refund under the refund terms above.

If you have questions about how these terms are worded or applied, please get in touch first through the ticket form in the user panel. These terms, together with the pricing page and the Privacy Policy, form the complete description of the Service.
