This page explains what data VPNCQ handles while providing cross-border access and international site acceleration, what is never logged, and how that data is retained, deleted and updated.

Data collection scope and purpose

VPNCQ collects only the data needed to keep the subscription service running. Sign-up requires a username and password and nothing else — no email address. You choose the username yourself, and no real name, address or ID documents are requested. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and account data is never sold or traded.

The table below lists the three types of data the site actually handles, with the retention period for each.

Data type Details Purpose Retention
Account information Username, password Signing in to the user panel, linking a subscription to its owner While the account is active
Order records Plan name, amount, payment status, order time Activating subscriptions, processing refunds, reconciling accounts As long as needed for refunds and accounting checks
Visit statistics Page views, referral source, device type Judging whether content is useful, adjusting page structure Within the analytics tool's standard period

Visit statistics are used in aggregate only. They are not used to build personal profiles and are not linked to account identities. Beyond the three categories above, the site collects no additional profile fields.

No browsing records: the no-logs stance

The service does not record which websites you visit or what content you transfer. Routes only forward traffic: nothing is retained, and no browsing history is filed per account.

Connection-level information appears in only two cases. First, when a user troubleshooting a problem voluntarily shares client logs or error screenshots in a ticket; that material is handled along with the ticket when it closes and never enters a long-term archive. Second, order and payment status kept for billing, refunds and necessary abuse handling — this contains no access records of any kind.

What no-logs means

No record is kept of which websites you visit, no browsing content is stored, and no browsing history is filed per account. Order and payment status are accounting records and have nothing to do with browsing behaviour.

About browser storage

The site uses cookies and browser local storage for three purposes only:

  • remembering your language choice and page preferences so you do not have to pick them again on every visit;
  • keeping you signed in to the user panel — the login credential is held in browser local storage and stays valid after you close the page, until you sign out or clear your browser data;
  • aggregating page visits to judge whether content and page structure are working.

The site does not use cookies for cross-site advertising, and nothing in local storage is used for purposes unrelated to the subscription service. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings; doing so resets your language preference and requires signing in to the user panel again.

Payment handling and third parties

Subscriptions are paid by Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, and the payment itself is completed by the relevant provider. The site never touches or stores card numbers, payment passwords or wallet private keys.

Once payment completes, the provider returns the order number, amount and payment status, which are used to activate the subscription and to check refunds later. USDT transfers are publicly visible on-chain; their only link to a site account is the order number generated at checkout.

Refunds follow the 30-day no-questions-asked policy. The check uses only the plan, amount and payment status in the order record — never access records.

Data retention and deletion

Account information is kept while the account is active. Closing an account starts the deletion process; order records are kept for a necessary period after closure because of refund checks and accounting needs, and are deleted or irreversibly anonymised once that period ends.

How to request deletion: sign in to the user panel and open a ticket stating what should be removed (account information, order records or the link to statistics). Each request is verified and processed, and the outcome is answered in the same ticket.

Visit statistics are aggregate data and cannot be traced to an individual account, so a deletion request does not change figures already aggregated. Deleting an account also ends the subscription benefits attached to it — please confirm before submitting.

Policy updates and contact

When this policy is updated, the Last updated date at the top of the page is revised at the same time, and the new version takes effect from that date. Material changes to data scope, purpose or retention periods are announced on the site, with a transition period before they apply.

If you have questions about this policy, or need to look up, correct or delete data linked to your account, submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel and state the reason; include the order number for anything order-related. Tickets are the single channel the site uses for these requests, which keeps a complete record of how each one was handled.
