Account & Subscription

Registration, sign-in, subscription import and multi-device use all happen in the user panel; the answers in this section are mostly about where to click inside the panel.

Do I need an email address to register?

No email address is needed — a username and password are enough. Once registered, sign in to the user panel directly. Buying a plan, getting your subscription and opening tickets all happen inside the panel.

Where do I find the subscription link, and do I have to buy again if I switch clients?

After signing in to the user panel, copy your account's subscription link from the Overview and Downloads pages and paste it into your client to import. When you switch clients, import it once more to overwrite the old subscription — no new purchase needed.

Do I need to buy another plan for a new device?

No. Plans are not limited by device count: one account works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time. On a new device you only install the client and import your subscription.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the recovery option on the panel's sign-in page and follow the prompts to reset your password. If self-service recovery doesn't work, open a ticket from the panel's ticket section describing your account, and the team will verify it and follow up.

What happens when a subscription expires?

When a monthly subscription expires, its routes stop forwarding traffic and resume after renewal. Data packs you have already bought are used until they run out and never expire, and are counted separately from the monthly subscription cycle.

Connection & Troubleshooting

“Shows connected but pages won't load” is the most common question in this section — working through the checks in order saves more time than reconnecting over and over.

The client says connected, but web pages won't load — what now?

Work through it in order: check that your system time is accurate, switch the route type once (IEPL dedicated / relay / direct), then restart the client. If it still fails, try another device or another network as a comparison — that tells you whether the problem is the route or your local network.

What if the office or campus network won't connect?

Networks like these often restrict non-standard ports. First switch the route type in the client and retry; then compare with a mobile hotspot. If the hotspot works, the restriction is on the original network — switch routes or switch networks.

Hotel Wi-Fi needs a web login, but the login page won't open once the accelerator is on?

Disconnect the accelerator first, complete the hotel portal's web login, then turn the client on. Portal authentication runs over the local network, so the accelerator can't establish before you authenticate — doing it the other way round leaves you stuck on a login page that won't load.

Subscription import fails and says the link is invalid?

Most often the link was cut short when copied — a subscription link is one long string, so copy the full address again and re-import. Also make sure the client is the latest version; if it still fails, fetch a fresh subscription link from the panel.

Speed & Routes

Stutter at peak hours, across different ISPs or during streaming usually comes down to route type and the region you picked — get those two aligned before talking about speed.

How do I deal with slowdowns at peak hours?

Switch to an IEPL dedicated route first, then relay, then direct; within the same region, try another backup route instead of reconnecting to the same one over and over. Congestion at the international gateway during peak hours is normal — changing routes works better than repeated reconnects.

What's the difference between IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes?

Direct routes go through the public international gateway: lowest cost, most affected at peak hours. Relay routes reach a relay node before going international, with mid-range stability. IEPL dedicated routes run on dedicated links with the lowest latency and jitter, suited to work and streaming. In order of stability: dedicated, relay, direct.

How do I find low-latency routes?

Start with geography: for Asia look at Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore; for Europe and North America look at the United States, France and Canada. Then sort by the latency test in your client and keep the two or three lowest as backups — don't leave yourself with only one.

4K streaming stutters — is the bandwidth too low?

4K playback needs sustained bandwidth, not peak bursts. Choose a dedicated route first and avoid several devices running heavy traffic at the same time; if a single device still stutters, try another route in the same region.

What happens when this month's data runs out?

Monthly subscription data resets every month on your activation date. Once you use it up, it returns on the next reset date. If you need extra data in the meantime, buy a data pack — packs are used until they run out, never expire, and are counted separately from the monthly cycle.

Billing & Refunds

Prices, reset cycles, upgrade proration and refund terms: the details below match the pricing page and the terms page, with no second version.

How much does each plan cost?

Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB. Three data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — used until they run out, never expire.

Monthly subscription or data pack — which should I pick?

For long-term everyday use, pick a monthly subscription: data resets each month on your activation date, so the cycle is clear. For business trips, short projects or irregular usage, pick a data pack — used until it runs out, never expires, and not tied to the calendar month.

When does data reset?

It resets monthly on your activation date, not on the 1st of the calendar month. For example, if you activate on the 15th, each following 15th starts a new data cycle.

How is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

A mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the price difference against the remaining days — you don't buy a whole new plan. After upgrading you continue with the new tier's data allowance.

How do I request a refund?

30-day no-questions-asked refund. Open a refund ticket from the ticket section of the user panel and include your account and order details. Orders paid with Alipay, WeChat or USDT are all eligible.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. After placing an order, choose the method on the payment page to complete payment; order status is shown in the order list in the panel.
